The New Year’s Celebration has taken place

The “Association of Mongolians in Chicago,” along with the “Mongol Art” nonprofit and the “Chicago City Band,” successfully co-organized a festive New Year’s Celebration to support the DONATION CAMPAIGN of the “Mongolian Heritage Center” to acquire property for the center’s ongoing activities.

The ‘Mongolian Heritage Center’ extends its deep appreciation and wishes health, happiness, and success filled with creative achievements in the new year to B. Tserenbat, leader of the ‘Association of Mongolians in Chicago,’ Sh. Khulan, leader of the ‘Mongol Art’ nonprofit organization, the ‘Chicago City Band’ led by D. Enkhtor, host E. Battsetseg, D. Bayasgalan /Temka/, Honored Artist of Mongolia S. Gantomor, State Honored Artist of Mongolia N. Battsetseg, morin khuur players the Leading Cultural Worker of Mongolia A. Davaazorig, and B. Otgonbaatar, singers T. Uyanga, T. Dolgon, N. Gantulga, G. Narangerel, ‘Khar tas’ band singer Ganbat, dancer Turuu, singer BX, DJ L. Byambadorj, the ‘Bi Chadna’ girls’ dance troupe with teacher L. Ariuntungalag, festive dancers the Leading Cultural Worker of Mongolia Z. Enkhzul, D. Maralgua, Tuul, A. Tsog, E. Nandintsetseg, G.Otgonkhuyag, violinist M. Temuujin, M. Imuujin, and service staff G. Gereltsetseg, U. Uuganbayar, Munkhbat, B. Badamtsetseg, M. Byambadorj, photographer G. Ankhnybayar, and all the Mongolians who attended the festive.

From the ticket sales of the New Year’s Celebration, a total of $3,085 was gathered for donation, and from the auction during the event, an additional $1,950 was added to the donation account.

The ‘Nomads Mongolian & Korean BBQ Restaurant,’ managed by S. Uuganbaatar, made an operational donation of $2,060, serving delicious meals at the New Year’s Celebration. We hope your business will continue to grow and enrich the Mongolian community with quality food and service.”
