Provincial Manager

Project management: Managed and oversaw provincial level outcomes of $16 million budget program by coordinating the activities to enhance the capacity of public servants.
Leadership: Initiated and lead projects to empower the local communities by developing the country’s first ever public awareness-raising educational tools in extractive sector that outreached over 4500 people in two years during COVID 19 pandemic restricted period.
Strategic management: Established projects offices in four provinces and managed the strategy of collaboration with provincial governments.

Branch Manager

Organizational management: Launched the XacBank branch in the financially vulnerable community and supervised team of 12, building a loan portfolio of 2.8 million U.S. dollars and about 2000 accounts over 3-year period.
Negotiation: Built sustainable relationships with private and corporate clients as well as government agencies who deposited funds at acceptable rates, allowing for the provision of micro loans to low-income customers.
