Provincial Manager

  • Project management: Managed and oversaw provincial level outcomes of $16 million budget program by coordinating the activities to enhance the capacity of public servants.
  • Leadership: Initiated and lead projects to empower the local communities by developing the country’s first ever public awareness-raising educational tools in extractive sector that outreached over 4500 people in two years during COVID 19 pandemic restricted period.  
  • Strategic management: Established projects offices in four provinces and managed the strategy of collaboration with provincial governments.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Built and maintained high level professional relationship with national ministries, agencies, and Governor’s offices of four provinces. Enabled better collaboration of the national and provincial level governments by creating consistent dialogues between them.

  • Organizational management: Launched the XacBank branch in the financially vulnerable community and supervised team of 12, building a loan portfolio of 2.8 million U.S. dollars and about 2000 accounts over 3-year period.
  • Negotiation: Built sustainable relationships with private and corporate clients as well as government agencies who deposited funds at acceptable rates, allowing for the provision of micro loans to low-income customers.
